Brandon M. Tumber


Mr. Tumber brings over 12 years of experience in collections, having worked for several of the nation's top collection agencies. He started in the A.R.M. Industry servicing Department of Education's defaulted student loan division, very shortly thereafter servicing a wide array of contingency bankcard portfolios advancing to working one of the largest market shares of Citibank in the country. He offers extensive knowledge on strategic growth strategies, technology advancements, and account treatment strategies, along with a strong network of professional contacts within the industry. He brings the experience and expertise required for his role of building long-term business partnerships.

Joseph H. Smith

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Smith has worked in the collection industry for over 15 years and been involved with some of the largest and most successful agencies in the nation. His success has been accomplished over servicing variety of bankcard portfolios including Chase, Bank of America, and American Express, to management positions overseeing one of Citibank's largest bankcard streams. With expertise in collections and management, he has taken pride in teaching and molding collections staffs, training them how to be successful in this industry and to work together with his clients to produce the best results for growth and profitability for all parties involved. Establishing trust and long-term relationships with his clients is what he strives for, as well as being a well-respected name in this industry.

Kenny W. Conway

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Conway Joined MRS with over 20 years of experience in the Contact Center and A.R.M industry. The last 10 years in operational management. Mr. Conway’s strength lies in building teams to fit specific client needs. As well as operational strategies that deliver top tier performance for specific clients and their one line or many lines of business. Kenny believes the success all lies in the collaboration and feed back from his team and the client.
